How much notice do I need to give to place an order?

The average is 1-2 weeks notice, but please always check availability as we may be able to fit you in. However the more notice you give, the more creative we can get with your treats.

What happens if I need to amend my order?

Should you like to change your order, we normally require 7 days notice before 5pm. 
Changes can be made by contacting our support team via live chat, email or by phone.

We don't offer a signup discount, but if you subscribe to our newsletter, and follow our socials, we regularly share discount codes and hold competitions for freebies
