Can I place an order for the same day delivery/collection?At present, we are not offering same day delivery or collection on any of our items.

How much notice do I need to give to place an order?The average is 1-2 weeks notice, but please always check availability as we may be able to fit you in. However the more notice you give, the more creative we can get with your treats.

What happens if I need to amend my order?Should you like to change your order, we normally require 7 days notice before 5pm. Changes can be made by contacting our support team via live chat, email or by phone. 0795 761 3705

Do you offer discounts on my first order?We don't offer a signup discount, but if you subscribe to our newsletter, and follow our socials, we regularly share discount codes and hold competitions for freebies

Do you make custom/bespoke cakes?We absolutely do, we never make the same cake twice so you can rest assured that no-one has the same cake that you do.

Where do you deliver to?We deliver by hand all over the UK, for prices please head to our delivery page. We also deliver a limited menu by post, throughout the UK and US or you can come and collect from us in Croydon

What delivery time slots do you offer?Weekday delivery is after 7pm, so if you know you need a cake for Thursday morning, please request delivery for Wednesday evening. Weekend delivery is normally between 9am-12pm on Saturdays, but we are flexible so please ask. We are closed on Sundays

What time can I collect my order?Weekday collection is normally before 7pm and weekend collection is between 9am-12pm, however we are flexible so please ask.

What do I do if I'm running late for collectionPlease notify us BEFORE you are actually late, often we have other collections and can wait for you but if you have a 1pm collection there is a chance that you are our last one and we may need to reschedule.

Are any of your cupcakes suitable for vegetarians?All our cupcakes and cakes are suitable for vegetarians and most of them can be made vegan.

Do you sell gluten-free cakes and cupcakes?Yes we do! As we are a small bakery our gluten-free cakes are made in the same kitchen as our gluten cakes. However strict cleaning processes are in place to ensure that our cakes are gluten-free, we are Food Hygiene and Safety accredited and we have been awarded a 5 by the Food Standards Agency. Gluten-free describes foods containing gluten at no more than 20 parts per million (ppm). How do I store my cake when I get it homeOur cakes and treats can be enjoyed for up to 7 days when refrigerated. We suggest giving cakes at least three hours (longer if the cake is larger) to stand at room temperature before tucking in. If your event is for the same day you can leave the cake out and display straight away.

How do I get my cakes home If I am collecting?We advise driving or getting a taxi if you are collecting your cake as they are often quite heavy. If you arrive by taxi please request pick up and return as your cake will be packaged and ready to go on arrival. If you are driving, please ensure that the car is cool (air conditioning on) and that your boot or passenger side footwell is clean and empty. You will not be able to receive your cake if you plan to put it on someone's lap, or on the seat.
